ELECTRICAL ENGINEER • Good degree (B.Sc OR HND) in Electrical Engineering with specialty in building electrical design and installation. • 8 years post qualification experience in similar position • Membership of COREN is an added advantage • Proficiency in relevant computer software • Ability to work with less supervision. MECHANICAL ENGINEER • B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering with specialty in building services, plumbing design and installation. • Practical experience in solving problems associated with building plumbing installation is most required. • 8 years cognate experience with a reputable construction company • Membership of COREN is an added advantage • Ability to work with less supervision • Proficiency in relevant computer software. PLUMBING TECHNICIAN • Trade test Grade 1 or its equivalent • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience with a reputable construction company • Registration with COREN will be an added advantage • Proficiency in relevant computer software required • On the job practical knowledge of building works plumbing installation is most essential.
