He is also expected to generate business through good marketing skills, which will attract patronage from customers. He should have good personal and communication skills, understand the elements of sales and should be able to work and manage others. He or she will report to the RSM.  Qualification: BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any of the Social Sciences. Experience: At least 5-7 years relevant experience in a similar positions. He/She should possess a valid driving licence. AGE: Not more than 30 years. SALES REPRESENTATIVE: A sales representative will be responsible for executing the company's sales strategy in his/her territory to achieve the volume and market share target. He or she should be able to work independently to promote, sell and represent four group brands in a professional manner. He/she will report to District Sales Manager. Qualification: BSc or HND(Second Class Lower) in Marketing, Business Administration or any of the Social Sciences. Experience: At least 2years relevant experience in a similar positions. He/She should possess a valid driving licence. AGE: Not more than 26 years. OPERATOR MECHANICS: Qualification: Trade Trade I & II or City& Guids(C&G) Part I or WAEC Technical or OND Mechanical. EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years. AGE: 25-30. INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN: Qualification: OND Electrical/Electronics. Experience: 3- 5years. AGE: 25-30years. FITTER MECHANICS: Qualification: Trade Trade I & II or City&Guids(C&G) Part I or WAEC Technical or OND Mechanical. EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years. AGE: 25-30.
