Our client is one of the leading Telecoms Engineering Service Company in Nigeria and West Africa sub-region. They are a leader in providing end to end engineering solutions and services with special focus on Planning, Design, Optimization, Outsourcing, Implementation, Operations and Maintenance, Support and Training. To deepen the depth of play in the local market, they have restructured to reposition for competitiveness, and have the following position to fill:More...Manager, Service Delivery & Support(MSDS). Direct Report • President & CEO. Indirect Supervision • Business Units. Role/Responsibilities: • To be the main point of contact for all issues and able to represent the organization at all levels. • To build strong relationship with all Customer groups. • To manage all service delivery related issues, ensuring that Customer expectations are managed appropriately. • Responsible for monitoring all service and project delivery processes to ensure these are effective in managing the customers. • To improve, strengthen and maintain Customer satisfaction at all times. • Maintain a clear channel of communication with the customer to ensure that customer issues and concerns are dealt with in a timely manner and regular updates fed back to the customer. • To identify new areas of business opportunities and work with the Customers to develop these areas • Understanding the Customers’ requirements/challenges and support in resolving these. • Resolve revenue related issues and also ensure that all outstanding payments are actively chased and resolved. Requirements;1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. Good understanding and appreciation of GSM and CDMA technology. 3. Must have past experience of working in the telecom industry 4. Ability to produce reports and presentations 5. Ability to organize and hold customer meetings at various levels 6. Must have excellent customer service skills 7. Past experience of either Service Delivery or Project Management in the Telecomm industry. 8. Past experience gained from working with a Telecomm Vendor. Qualification/Skills • Bachelors degree in any Engineering or Physical Science discipline • MBA will be a great advantage • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent Communication Skills • An eye for details and a good sense of aesthetics • Minimum of 5 years work experience on similar role.Conditions for Application;Apply with the following 1.
